Booking policy
On booking we require a deposit of 20% payable by card, bank transfer or PayPal.
After payment you will have a 24hour cooling off period to cancel the booking.
The balance will be due one month before your stay.
If you need to cancel the holiday before the balance is paid a percentage the deposit amount will be refunded as and when the cottage is rebooked. This depends on if we have to discount the dates.
